Project management shouldn't be a full-time job.
Workplace is software for the project managers, team leads, founders, and ops folks running point on the work. We've been there. So we're building something that finally helps.
Start for freeEvery project management tool we've ever tried has died within weeks.
Not because the tools were bad. We've tried a lot of them.
Honestly, most of them are well-built and the pricing is reasonable. The reason they die is simpler than that.
The work it takes to keep them current is exhausting.
Friday rolls around and the status update marathon starts. Someone forgets to log their week. You nudge them. Two weeks later, three people have stopped logging in. A month in, the dashboard is a graveyard. You're back to chasing status in DMs.
We've watched this loop play out across multiple companies and decades of running things. We eventually stopped thinking the problem was the software. The problem was the maintenance model.
So we built something different.
Workplace is an AI notetaker with superhuman abilities. It takes notes on your video meetings and on your team's chat threads like Slack or Teams.
Then it organizes those notes into a project dashboard for your whole team and keeps that dashboard updated automatically. The maintenance burden, the part that kills every other project tool, is gone.
You steer it via chat. You can correct it, override it, add things it missed. You can upload notes from offsite meetings the AI didn't attend. But you're not the data entry clerk anymore.
A project tool that survives the honeymoon.
This isn't another project tool. It's what project tools should have been if humans weren't in the loop typing into forms.
We built Workplace because we wanted to use it ourselves. We use it on the work that runs this company. Buying a new tool is the easy part. The real test is whether you still use it on a Tuesday three months from now.
That's where Workplace comes in.
